Chocolate Truffles

3  cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate
1 (14  ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 
1  tablespoon vanilla extract 
chopped flaked coconut (optional) 
chocolate sprinkles (optional) 
colored sprinkles (optional) 
cocoa (optional) 
finely chopped nuts (optional) 

1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and milk at 50% power until chocoate is melted.
Stir in vanilla.

2.Chill for 2 hours or until mixture is easy to handle. Shape into 1-inch balls.

3.Roll in coconut, sprinkles, cocoa or nuts if desired.
