Chocolate Fudge

1 package marshmallows or a jar of marshmallow cream 
1 1/2  cups sugar 
2/3  cup evaporated milk 
1/4  cup butter 
1/4  teaspoon salt 
2  cups milk chocolate chips 
1  cup semisweet chocolate morsels 
1  cup Chopped walnuts (optional) 
1  teaspoon vanilla 

1. In a heavy sauce pan, combine marshmallow, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2.Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add both kinds of chocolate, stir until they are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in walnuts and vanilla.

3. Pour into foil lined 8 inch square pan, chill 2 hours until firm.

Chop up in squares.
