Spinach Feta Quiche

1  packet frozen spinach, chopped 
3/4  cup feta cheese
1/2  cup chopped onions
1  cup shredded mozzarella
1/2  cup chopped celery
6  eggs 
2  tablespoons butter 
1/2  cup milk 
1  teaspoon salt 
1/2  teaspoon pepper 
1/2  teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon flour 
prepared pastry shell 

1.Cook spinach in salted water according to package directions.
Drain well.
2.Sautee onion and celery in butter until onion is soft.
Into a deep pastry shell spread feta cheese over bottom.
3.Mix spinach with onion mixture and set aside and spread x.
4.In a bowl whip eggs, milk, flour and seasonings. Add spinach and onion mixture.
Mix well and pour over feta cheese. 
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.
5.Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set.
