Mango Salsa

3 ripe mangoes 
2  jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste) 
1/2  red onion, coarsely chopped 
1/4  cup cilantro, coarsely chopped 
1  lemon, juice of or  limes 
1-2  roma tomato, chopped 
 sugar, to taste 


1.Mix all ingredients well.
2.Let sit at room temp 1 hour for flavors to meld.
3.Serve with any meat dish, or as a beautiful side dish. Or with tortilla chips! Yummy!
