1 cup chopped onions
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup soaked sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
3 cups diced tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon tomato paste
4 cups water
1 cube chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1.Soak your sundried tomatoes with hot water or at least 30 minutes.
2.Sautee onions, garlic, and soaked sundried tomatoes. (save the water they were in to add in later)
3.Add tomato paste and sugar and let sautee about 2 minute.
4.Add tomatoes, sundried tomatoe water, salt and water and cook for 25 minute in open saucepan, stirring occasionally.
5.blend and strain. Add cooking cream for a creamy flavor,or omit it for A great red sauce
* Add Cooked chicken and some pasta.. yum!
