2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 TBS baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggS
1 cup unsalted chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup Carab
1.First Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-18 large muffin cups or line with muffin papers.
2.Sift first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Combine bananas, both sugars, butter, milk,vanilla and eggs in medium bowl. Mix into dry ingredients. Fold in dates,nuts and carab. Divide batter among prepared muffin cups.
3.Bake until muffins are golden brown about 25 minutes. Transfer muffins to rack and cool
