1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch cinnamon
1 firm apple, cored
1 unbaked pastry shell
1.Mix brown sugar, butter and cinnamon to form a paste.
2.stuff paste into the cored apple, then wrap the apple with the pastry.
3.use remaining pastry to add decorative touches. bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
