Thanksgiving Pumpkin Bars w/ Creamy Frosting

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
2 1/2 cups fresh and cooked pumpkin
3 eggs

For the creamy frosting:
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1 large package. cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 tsp vanilla

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees, grease a rectangular baking pan.

2. Combine all ingredients and beat on low until moistened and well mixed. Mix for about 3-4 minutes on medium speed.

3. Pour into greased pan and bake for 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool completely.

4. For frosting, combine all ingredients above and beat until smooth.
Frost and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
