2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cups raspberries or strawberries washed & drained
1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2.Mix in milk, egg, and oil; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in berries. 3.Fill 24 greased muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 4.Bake at 200°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
