Beans with Crispy Pastrami

500 g green beans washed and trimmed ( fresh or frozen)
100 g Pastrami torn into pieces
1 bunch spring onions
1 tablespoon olive oil

500 g green beans washed and trimmed ( fresh or frozen)
100 g Pastrami torn into pieces
1 bunch spring onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Dash of black pepper

1.Boil water in a pan and cook the beans for about 4 min.(if the beans ain't fresh cook them for about 8 min.)
2.Meanwhile slice the spring onions diagonally.
3.Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the pastrami until crispy.
4.Add the onions and the vinegar and stir for about 1 min.
5.Remove the beans from stove and drain them.
6.Toss the beans into the pan with the onions and pastrami and stir mix all together.
7.Add some black pepper.
