Potato artichoke stew

800 g of frozen artichokes
1 Lime juice
8 small- medium sized potatoes
and more....

8 small- medium sized potatoes
4 small onions
8 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh basil
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 ½ natural light yoghurt cups

1.Add the lime juice to the defrosted artichokes. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them in halves.
2.Slice the onions into rings. Heat the oil in a pot and add all ingredients add some water, salt and pepper and cook with closed lid until potatoes are done.
3.Remove from heat and add the yoghurt and stir well.
