Cream Cheese Mints
5 Squares of Kiri Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Butter (softened)
3 Cups of Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Any Gel or Paste Food Coloring (Optional)

5 Squares of Kiri Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Butter (softened)
3 Cups of Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Any Gel or Paste Food Coloring

1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix in peppermint extract. Color as desired or leave white.

2. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork or roll mixture on a surface powdered with sugar, cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.

3. Place on waxed paper to dry for at least three hours.
