Sweet Potato Crunch

3 cups sweet potatoes (about 5)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
and more...

3 cups sweet potatoes (about 5)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1.Peel and boil sweet potatoes until soft. Mash.
2.Add remaining ingredients & mix well by hand with a fork.
3.Spoon mixtures into a well greased 8x8 baking dish.
4.For topping, Combine ingredients well. Place on top of sweet potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
