Chicken, Mushroom & Shrimp BBQ
- 2 butterfly whole chickens
- 2 lbs of shrimp (26 - 30 count/lb)
- 500 g of sliced mushrooms
- 2 butterfly whole chickens

- 500 g of sliced mushrooms

Chicken Marinade: - 3 spoons of yogurt - Tomato & herbs salad dressing - Salt & Pepper - A bit of mustard

Shrimp Marinade: - Salt & Pepper - Tomato & herbs salad dressing - A bit of vegetable oil

Mushroom Marinade: - Creamy garlic sauce - Parsley & Fine herbs mix -3 tbsp of olive oil

These were cooked on a gas grill with direct heat.

- Marinade the chicken, shrimp and mushrooms.
- Preheat gas grill to about 500F.
- Oil the grill grates with a light coating of vegetable oil and reduce heat to low.
- Put the chicken on the grill and flip side after 45 mins
- Leave chicken another 45 mins and it is done. Cook until an internal temp of 170F in the thickest part of the breast meat and 180F in the thigh meat.
- Put the shrimp on grill on medium heat. Cook for 5 mins each side
- Put the mushrooms on the grill on low heat and remove after 15 mins while turning the mushroom half way through.
