Cheese Cake

1 pack digestive biscuits
1 tsp grinded cinnamon
150 gm melted butter
4 eggs
2 cups yoghurt
and more...

For Crust :

1 pack digestive biscuits ( or 2 packs danish biscuits)

1 tsp cinnamon

150 gm melted butter

for cake:

4 eggs

2 cups yogurt

2 packs kiri cheese ( may be substituted with any cream cheese)

2 tsp lemon juice

3/4 cup sugar powder

1 pack vanilla

for crust :

1- crush the biscuits with melted butter and cinnamon well in food processor

2- put in a baking tray that is covered with butter paper to avoid the crust from sticking

3- put the tray in an oven , of  200 degrees for 15 minutes then remove

for cake:

4- mix eggs, vanilla, sugar , youghurt and cheese,

5- beat well with an egg whisker , till the mixture is smooth and there is no lumps

6 - put above crust, then put in oven for 45 minutes on 200 degrees

7- check if is done by putting a knife and removing it, if it is clean then it is done, there shouldn't be any liquid inside

8- remove from oven and refrigerate, you can decorate with whip cream and strawberries or you can add your favorite topping
