Grilled Seafood Platter
- 3 Beausoleil oysters
- 3 – 4 shrimps (31 – 40 count)
 - 3 big scallops
- Two tuna steaks
- one cooked lobster (steamed)
- 2 Tbsps of butter
- Garlic powder
- Lemon juice from one lemon
1. Cut the lobster in half along its body, between its eyes and all the way down to tail.
2. Put oysters, tuna, shrimp, scallops and lobster in a container.
3.Add some salt & pepper and garlic powder
4. Add the lemon juice
5. Melt the butter in a cup and brush everything with the butter.
6. Once charcoal is ready and hot, add everything to grill. Grill temp should be about 450F.
7. Lobster is ready in about 2 mins each side or a bit less. Remember that it is already cooked and you just want to add that nice BBQ flavor to it.
8. Scallops, shrimp and tuna steaks are ready after 4 mins on each side.
9. Oysters are ready after the shells open. ( Take them off the grill carefully so their juices don’t spell out.)
