Pasta With Chicken Breast and Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 package pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese ( or roomy cheese )
  • 1/2 cup chedder cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of flour ( mix in milk before adding to avoid lumps1
  • 1 small green pepper shredded
  • 1 small red pepper shredded
  • 1 small yellow pepper shredded
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 5 cups chicken breast strips
  • 2 diced stalks celery
  • 2 heads broccoli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning

 

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Alfredo Sauce:
    1. In large saucepan put oil and garlic; stir until garlic takes light color. Then combine cream cheese, Parmesan, cheddar, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Add enough cream to make the sauce look creamy. Till sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
    2. In large saucepan put oil and onion stir until onion takes light color. Then combine green,red,yellow pepper ,celery and broccoli ,reduce heat to medium and add chicken,salt,black pepper and old bay. Stir and cover for 10 minutes.
  3. Add alfredo sauce to mixed. Then combine to the pasta. Serve immediately.
