Grilling 101: Fast. Healthy. Grilling. Fast. Healthy. Grilling. These three words all promise good things, but who would be ambitious enough to try to string them all together? With the delicious recipes here!!
One of the most beneficial advantages of grilling is that grilling, particularly grilling meats is far healthier than other methods which are used to cook meats. The reason grilling is a more healthy method for cooking meats is that grilling doesn't sear in a lot of fats, which are common on certain cuts of beef and white meat. When you cook meats on the grill, it's also easier to trim any unwanted fat from the meat than it is when you cook meat on a stove or in the oven.
I'm of the school that, whatever you're serving (with the possible exception of ice cream), it probably tastes better grilled
