1 cup heavy cream (whipping is good)
2 tablespoons good quality butter
1/3 cup shredded mozarella
3 tablespoons grated parmesean
1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes in oil
almonds or pine nuts
salt and pepper
1.Bring cream and butter almost to a boil but do NOT boil.
2.Add cheeses stir until melted then add tomatoes. Season.
3.Serve over pasta with a sprinkling of nuts
