250 g curd ( Labnah Shami or you can also use Gebna Arish)
9 tablespoons of sunflower oil
9 tablespoons milk
1.5 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1.5 tablespoons baking powder
450 g flour
2 dashes of salt
1.Mix the curd, oil, milk, vanilla sugar until smooth.
2.Add the baking powder, the flour and the salt and continue mixing with a dough hook or with your hands.
3.Form small breads out of the dough and place them on a tray with backing paper.
4.Bake on medium heat for 10-15 min.
