For two large cups:
1 large mango
½ cup (150ml) light plain yoghurt
1 cup of milk (250ml)
100 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1.Peel the mango and cut out the pulp.
2.Mix the mango pulp along with the banana, the yoghurt, milk, cinnamon and ginger in a mixer.
3.Whip the cream until almost whisked stiff.
4.Pour the shake into two large glass cups add the whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
