175 ml orange juice
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh ginger
2 chopped garlic cloves
4 chopped shallots (small onions)
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon limejuice
1.Cook the orange juice along with the ginger, garlic, onions, ketchup and soy sauce for about 10 min. 2.Stir the corn starch with some water until well blended. Add it to the sauce and let it boil up.
3.Stir in the oil and sprinkle some lime juice on it.
4.Serve it warm or cold to spring rolls , steak or BBQ dishes.
